We are exceedingly excited to share Ichiban’s growth and progress on this website. To start off, we are very grateful to the friends of Ichiban who appreciate our efforts over the past year and sincerely appreciate any suggestions you have for us. 
 
2007 has undoubtedly been a long and rough ride for the baking industry in whole. Prices for raw materials increased, and other expenses in the bread business have also increased, forcing many baking companies to withdraw from the market. However for us, 2007 was a year full of challenges and surprises, as we experimented with multitude of different tactics; all this to make sure our friends can continue to enjoy the taste from superior Ichiban pastries. Even in a difficult year, we always adhere to the quality, hygiene, and material selection standards which we have set for ourselves. Through strict examination, Ichiban became the first in the industry to have their birthday cake QS certified, while also maintaining QS certification on all products.  
 
A new year is upon us, and with the new year will come another year of new goals, the main one would be to bring healthier ideals into our breads by investing to create and implement more advanced techniques, which will help our friends to experience higher levels of healthy living. You can also enjoy a more diverse way to purchase our bread and at the same time we will provide you with a myriad of new bread and drink.; allowing for you your life to be more intricately touched with Ichiban! We have always been and will always continue to work hard, break barriers, and continuously innovate to meet the new opportunities and challenges!
